  Worst pharmacy I have ever been to they are so busy doing nothing. They tell you the prescription is ready when you get up there finally after waiting for another 45 minutes then they tell you oohh it will be about 10 more minutes. I have switched all but 1 prescription to a different pharmacy and in the process of switching that one. They do not deserve my buisness and I will not continue to go there.

  The Pharmacist as well as one other Pharmacy Tech has to be hands down the worst at customer service that I have seen in a long time. The way they treat their customers is horrible. I have witnessed them treat people that I don't know while waiting in line like a piece of crap and at times just completely ignore them altogether as if they don't hear them or see them. I am completely blown away by this because I don't live in Batesville, but my mother currently resides here. It is a struggle almost every time she has went to the Walmart Pharmacy to pickup routine medications. Enough is enough with this type of treatment from people that wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for the customers like my mother who has routine meds to fill every month. I am having her prescriptions transferred to another Pharmacy and I suggest to anyone else that is having this same issue to do the same.
